This painting/lithograph is fully titled "New York Harbour with Brooklyn Bridge." It was painted by Andrew Melrose (1836-1901). Melrose immigrated to the United States from Scotland around 1856. He lived in New Jersey and was known for his landscapes of the area and many from New York Harbor. The chromolithographic print was made ca. 1887.
