Henry B. Gentry, of Bloomington, Indiana, caught the circus bug early after visiting one. He went home and trained first his colt, then his dog, then other farm animals, to do tricks. He enlisted brothers and took his show on the road. It wasn't long until the Gentry Bros. Circus was coming to town. This promotional poster says, at bottom, "Miss Louise Hilton, the Greatest Rider the World Has Ever Known."
