In the early 1900s, the Sells Brothers circus out of Columbus, Ohio, combined with the Floto Dog & Pony Show, from Denver, Colorado, to become the Sells Floto Circus. This vintage circus poster features M'lle Beeson, "a Marvelous High Wire Venus." It shows their high-wire star prancing across the wire in a flouncy blue tutu and holding a parasol. The original lithograph was created in 1921.
