Ojibway artist Joe Geshick (1943-2009) painted "Circle of Life" to symbolize his respect for all the natural elements of Earth. The four colors of the circle represent the four seasons, the four races, and the four directions. The powerful thunderbird is at the center of the circle. The two cranes that envelope the circle represent a spiritual relationship with Earth.
