This Arapaho man, named "Black Man," is magnificently adorned. He wears a feather headdress, necklaces holding a cross and a medallion, a breechcloth, fringed leggings, and beaded moccasins. His buckskin shirt is painted with important symbols: stars, birds, and turtles.
